MotoChello Warranty and Return Policies


MotoChello includes insured shipping for audio systems via Federal Express ground service or US Postal Service at no cost to you. Systems will only be shipped to the valid U.S. address of the purchaser. Should you request a different carrier or overnight air shipping, please contact MotoChello for the amount of additional shipping charges. Accessories will be shipped via U.S. Postal carrier unless otherwise upgraded or purchased with a system.

At present we do not sell internationally or ship to addresses outside the U.S.


MotoChello warrants its products to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase. MotoChello agrees to repair or replace (at our discretion) any product returned to us for remedy when shipped, intact, with transportation charges paid to our factory. Returns must be authorized in advance and shipped with a visible RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from MotoChello support and a copy of the original sales receipt.

All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products.  In no event will MotoChello be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product, or in any way liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. The warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and reinstallation of the product or for systems that have been modified or otherwise altered outside of our factory.


MotoChello is confident in the quality and usability of its products and offers a 30-day money- back guarantee on audio systems. Returns on systems purchased directly from MotoChello will be honored within this time period for systems returned in the original packaging and shipped with a visible RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from MotoChello. Systems purchased from a dealer should be returned to the dealer where purchased from.
